A medal of Tao Wessuwan in the champi pattern, made by the ancient casting method at Wat Chulamanee in B.E. 2557, produced in 4 materials, each code-stamped and serial-numbered.

The Tao Wessuwan medal in the champi pattern, ancient casting, was created by Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province, in the Buddhist year B.E. 2557 (2014 CE) by the ancient casting method (lo boran), a traditional metal-casting technique. This edition was made in several materials so that the faithful might obtain it as an object of devotion.

Appearance of the Medal

The medal is of the “champi pattern” (resembling a champi blossom / an inverted-bell shape). The front bears a standing figure of Tao Wessuwan holding his club. The back bears numeral-yantra syllables and the words “Wat Chulamanee … Samut Songkhram 2557.” Every material (except the gold, made to order) is code-stamped and serial-numbered.
