A medal of Tao Wessuwan of the Cātummahārājika heaven in the champi form, its reverse bearing the City Pillar and the provincial emblem of Samut Songkhram, created by Wat Chulamanee in B.E. 2565 — offered by Luang Pho Itthi Bhaddacaro as a commemorative of the 121st anniversary of Samut Songkhram Province · large mould, 4 cm, 13 listed material variants with production numbers and reverence prices.

The medal of Tao Wessuwan of the Cātummahārājika heaven and the City Pillar, edition “Ong Phra Lak Mueang” (champi form), B.E. 2565, was created by Wat Chulamanee, Amphawa, Samut Songkhram, with Luang Pho Itthi Bhaddacaro offering it as a commemorative for the 121st anniversary celebration of Samut Songkhram Province. The temple’s poster describes the occasion as “a historic moment for the city of Samut Songkhram.”

The obverse bears Tao Wessuwan standing and holding his club within a champi-shaped frame, ringed with yantra characters, with the Thai inscription “ท้าวเวสสุวรรณโณ วัดจุฬามณี” along the lower rim and auspicious words at the two lower corners: “Lap Phon Phun Thawi” (gain and fruit, increased and multiplied) and “Rom Yen Pen Suk” (may you dwell in cool shade and happiness). The reverse bears the City Pillar (Ong Phra Lak Mueang) with yantras and kanok foliage, and below it the provincial emblem of Samut Songkhram — the drum afloat among coconut palms — flanked by the inscriptions “121st anniversary” and “B.E. 2565.”

It was issued in a large mould, 4 cm, in the items announced by the temple below.
