Cast medals and powder amulets of Tao Wessuwan in the ruea bot (rowboat) pattern from Wat Chulamanee, B.E. 2537 (1994) — Tao Wessuwan standing with his club within an arched frame, a yantra on the reverse. As far as the images in this record show, they were made in consecrated alloy, nawaloha, and sacred powder.

The Tao Wessuwan medal in the ruea bot (rowboat) pattern of Wat Chulamanee was made in B.E. 2537 (1994). Its name comes from the shape of the piece — an arched frame tapering to a point, resembling the hull of a rowboat, a form long favoured among Thai amulet collectors.

The obverse shows Tao Wessuwan standing in full figure, wearing a pointed crown, his yantra-inscribed club held upright at the centre of the body, flanked by kanok foliate motifs at the base and enclosed by a beaded border. The reverse bears a Khom-script yantra with sacred letters set around it.

As for the materials, as far as the images in this record show, the edition includes consecrated alloy (thong chanuan), nawaloha, and sacred powder (phong phutthakhun) — the latter appearing both in a beaded-border pattern and in a pattern with kanok motifs at the base. Other materials beyond those shown here may also exist.
