The Tao Wessuwan medal in the sema pattern from Wat Chulamanee, B.E. 2537 (1994). The obverse shows Tao Wessuwan seated within an arch above the inscription “Tao Wessuwanno”; the reverse bears a yantra with the inscription “Wat Chulamanee, Amphawa, Samut Songkhram, B.E. 2537.” As far as the images in this record show, it was made in gold, silver and copper.

The Tao Wessuwan medal in the sema pattern of Wat Chulamanee was made in B.E. 2537 (1994), the year inscribed on the reverse of the medal itself.

The obverse shows Tao Wessuwan seated upon a pedestal, wearing a pointed crown, set within an arch bordered with flame motifs. A guardian's face adorns the front of the pedestal, and along the bottom runs a panel inscribed in Thai script: “Tao Wessuwanno” (ท้าวเวสสุวรรณโณ).

The reverse bears a yantra encircled by sacred letters, with a curved Thai inscription along the upper edge reading “Wat Chulamanee, Amphawa, Samut Songkhram, B.E. 2537”.
