Wat Chulamanee Opens a Relief Kitchen for Flood Victims — 300 Boxes of Stir-Fried Pork with Holy Basil

Phra Samut Wachirasophon and the disciples of Wat Chulamanee opened a relief kitchen and cooked 300 boxed lunches of stir-fried minced pork with holy basil on rice, delivered to residents affected by the floods in Samut Songkhram Province.

On 2 October 2026 (B.E. 2569), Phra Samut Wachirasophon, Adviser to the Region 15 Ecclesiastical Council and Abbot of Wat Chulamanee, together with the disciples of Wat Chulamanee, opened a relief kitchen for flood victims. They cooked 300 boxes of ready-to-eat lunch — stir-fried minced pork with holy basil on rice (khao kaphrao mu sap) — and delivered them to residents affected by the floods in Samut Songkhram Province.
