A photo record of the 33rd merit-making dedication in remembrance of Phra Khru Kowit Samutkhun (Luang Pho Nueang Kovito), former abbot of Wat Chulamanee — Friday 27 November B.E. 2563 (2020), from the morning offering of food to the monks, the free-food stalls, the offering of sanghadana and the presentation of education grants, through to the evening rites.
The merit-making dedication in remembrance of Phra Khru Kowit Samutkhun (Luang Pho Nueang Kovito), former abbot of Wat Chulamanee, was held on Friday 27 November B.E. 2563 (2020) at Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
This set of photographs records the whole of the day, from the morning offering of food to the monks, the free-food stalls set up by the villagers across the temple grounds, the offering of sanghadana and the requisites together with the pouring of water to dedicate the merit, and the presentation of education grants to students, through to the evening, with the chanting before the altar bearing the image of Luang Pho Nueang and the dance offering by the troupe of classical dancers.
