The memorial merit-making in remembrance of Phra Khru Kovitsamutkhun (Luang Pho Nueang Kovito), a former abbot of Wat Chulamanee, in its 35th year, was held on Sunday 27 November B.E. 2565 (2022) at Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
This set records the life-size effigy of Luang Pho Nueang enshrined on an ornate throne inside the ubosot, flanked by ceremonial fans and offerings; senior monks chanting blessings and receiving the food offering; the free-food stalls that villagers set up across the temple grounds; and the community of disciples who came to join the occasion throughout the day.
