A photo record of the propitiation and consecration (Buddhābhiṣeka) of the medal of Tao Wessuwan Chatumaharachika, edition “Phithak Sap Saen Lan” (Guardian of a Hundred Thousand Millions in Wealth), by Luang Pho Itthi Bhaddacaro of Wat Chulamanee — Saturday 28 August B.E. 2564 (2021).
The propitiation and consecration of the medal of Tao Wessuwan Chatumaharachika, edition “Phithak Sap Saen Lan”, made by Luang Pho Itthi Bhaddacaro of Wat Chulamanee, was performed on Saturday 28 August B.E. 2564 (2021) at Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
This set of photographs records the setting of the ceremonial ground within the ubosot and the arranging of the amulet stands, the open-air propitiation before the ubosot with the brahmin reciting the invocation to the sound of the pi phat ensemble, the lighting of the incense and candles and the scattering of parched rice and flowers, and on to the senior masters seated in meditation to empower the amulets and the sprinkling of holy water over them within the ubosot.
A large number of police officers, both commissioned and non-commissioned, took part in this occasion.
