The consecration of Tao Wessuwan with the Bhāṇayakkha chant and the Navagraha recitation to enhance fortune and merit — the 7th annual rite of B.E. 2554 of Wat Chulamanee was held on Sunday 25 December B.E. 2554 (2011) at Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province, presided over by Phra Khru Sophitwiriyaphon (Phra Achan Itthi), abbot of Wat Chulamanee.

Held for the 7th consecutive year, the ceremony combined the temple's consecration (Buddhābhiṣeka) of sacred objects with the recitation of the Bhāṇayakkha chant (suat phan yak) and the Navagraha chant — the veneration of the nine planetary deities — for auspiciousness, to avert misfortune, and to enhance the fortune and merit of those who took part.
