The propitiation of the nine planetary deities and the Noppakhro chanting ceremony of Wat Chulamanee was held on 27–28 December B.E. 2558 (2015) at Wat Chulamanee, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
This set of photographs records the open-air ritual pavilion set with its ceremonial railings, parasols and banners, the nine planetary deities enshrined in glass cases arrayed before the ubosot, the monks chanting the blessings, the making of the holy water bound with the sacred thread, and the atmosphere of the rite by night.
