Gold-Pouring Ceremony to Cast the Eighty Great Disciples (80 Arahants), Phase 3

Wat Chulamanee warmly invites all the faithful to join the Gold-Pouring Ceremony to Cast the Eighty Great Disciples (80 Arahants), Phase 3, together with the casting of the Great Elder Masters and Founding Preceptors of Wat Chulamanee, Phase 1 — created by Wat Chulamanee, Bang Chang Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.

On Wednesday 18 June 2026 (the 4th day of the waxing moon, eighth lunar month, Year of the Horse), at the Phuttha Si In Kham Patimakon Foundry (Thawan Chang Lo), Maha Sawat Subdistrict, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province.

Programme

• 14:00 — Brahmin pandits perform the offering rite to the celestial deities and consecrate the auspicious moment.

• 14:30 — The master of ceremonies invites the presiding chair to light incense and candles in homage to the Triple Gem

  • The master of ceremonies requests the Precepts; the Sangha bestows the Precepts

  • Offering of requisites to the assembled Sangha

  • The Sangha chants the verses of rejoicing; pouring of water to share merit and receive blessings

• 14:40 — The grand auspicious moment: the gold-pouring begins
