A sign at the event gives the programme's name as “Dhammanawa ‘Wang’, under the royal initiative of His Majesty the King — cultivating the Path with two pills, according to the royally bestowed set of teachings, Dhammanawa ‘Wang’.”
Inside the ceremony pavilion, draped with yellow-and-white ceiling cloth and national flags, a great number of monks sat in ranks holding ceremonial fans while a monk instructor led the teaching and meditation on the stage; the attendees included government officials, police officers, students and members of the public, and there were offerings of requisites and the four requisites to the monks, as well as the presentation of a replica image of Tao Wessuwan, an emblem of the temple.
